Masters of Social Work

Jennifer is a registered Social Worker, a designation that allows clients to utilize their benefits (if available) to help cover the costs of counselling. She provides a compassionate space where clients can speak from the heart and be deeply listened to.

Jennifer specializes in Narrative Therapy, which is grounded in Feminist, Anti-Oppressive, and Harm-Reduction frameworks, and she welcomes individuals of all backgrounds. She is particularly interested in helping clients understand the impact of their experiences on their bodies and offers strategies for processing stress and trauma.

With extensive experience supporting individuals through various transitional moments, Jennifer is equipped to provide single-session, short-term, long-term, or solution-focused counselling tailored to each client's needs.
